My story
I have always been captivated by stories, whether they be books, narrative games, obscure urban legends, or creepy pastas. Since childhood, I have devoted my life to learning – and spreading – the art of storytelling.
I studied screenwriting at the Academy of Performing Arts, and during my student years, I wrote a number of theater plays and short films that were screened at festivals around Europe and the USA.
In 2019, I became a finalist of Poviedka, the most prestigious Slovak short story literary award. Currently, I’m working on my debut novel, thanks to the support of the Slovak Arts Council. I am also one of the authors of the most popular Slovak storytelling podcasts, ‘Criminal Cases’ and ‘Don’t Turn Off The Lights!’, both of which were nominated for the Slovak Podcast of the Year Award in 2023.
